We would like to inform our clients that it is necessary to carefully read the following General Conditions of Sale and confirm their acceptance in order to conclude an online purchase. The submission of an order to the website http://www.hotcouture.vision implies the complete acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale which are therefore binding once the contract is settled. Moreover, we inform our clients of the possibility to save or print the conditions during the ordering process and before its conclusion, in full compliance with the legislation governing distance selling, as established by Legislative Decree 206 of 6th September 2005, specifically art. 50 and following Consumer Codes and Ecommerce Decree.

The service of distance sale, described in the present General is offered exclusively to adult customers, over the age of 18, acting for purposes which are outside his commercial, artisan, entrepreneurial or professional activity.

The product presentations of each item on sale on the website http://www.hotcouture.vision contain information, characteristics and price, inclusive of taxes in accordance with art. 52 and 53 of the Consumer Code.
Local (non-overseas) delivery is free. Eventual overseas shipping costs will be clearly stated during the order process, after having input the delivery country.
For every order made on the website it’s issued an invoice for the products dispatched, which is sent by email or post, made out to the person who has placed the order according to the D.P.R. 445/2000 and of the D. Lgs. 52/2004. The information provided by the customer during the order process will be used to issue the invoice. No variation of the same is possible once the invoice has been issued.
It is possible to modify any or all of the data on the order form before the order is sent, however once the order has been sent it is possible to communicate eventual errors by contacting the company via the “Contacts” section of the website, within 48 hours of the order is being received.
In accordance with art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the delivery of items orders will take place within a maximum of 30 days beginning from the day after payment is received from the customer; in the event of products being temporarily unavailable, our customer service will communicate as such to the customer, who has the right to cancel the order, and receive a refund of the entire sum within the time limit of 30 days from the communication of cancellation of the order.
Delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered, the choice and availability of the materials and the eventual customisation ordered. For items customised with natural pearls the waiting time before delivery may exceed 180 days. For the request of customised items private communication regarding production and delivery times will be provided before any request for payment is made


Free delivery it’ provided by express courier, from Monday to Friday during office hours to the address provided by the customer on the order form, for items delivered within Italy. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.
On receipt of the order the customer is required to check the correspondence of the items ordered with the delivery documentation and the entirety of the parcel received. The customer is also required to report any eventual damages to the courier in writing. Once the delivery documentation has been signed it will no longer be possible to effect notification of eventual damages caused by the courier.
A delivery and tracking notification it’s sent to the email address provided by the customer on delivery.
We effect international shipping by express courier run by Poste Italiane. The cost of international shipping varied according to the delivery country and it is clearly indicated during the order process before payment is made.


In order to guarantee complete customer satisfaction, we inform our customers that according to art. 64 of the Comsumer Code, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the order, with no obligation to specify the reason

The customer must explicitly indicate the desire to withdraw from the contract by virtue of art. 64 of the Consumer Code, the product which he/she intends to return indicating the order number, and attaching a copy of the invoice and, in the case of payment made by bank transfer, details of the bank account to which the refund should be transferred.
The customer should return the products purchased together with the original invoice
Sherazade Boutique is not responsible for the refund or reimbursement for products sent by the client but never received, due to loss, theft or damages not caused by Sherazade Boutique, therefore we advise taking care to receive the shipping number when returning items to allow the package to be traced.
The delivery costs for the return of items are borne by the customer and items which are not completely intact, which have been worn, used or are without their official packaging, as they were delivered, or are without the sales invoice or receipt shall not be accepted as returns.
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the goods and the returns process is free from defects.


In the section “size guide” all the necessary information is provided to determine the correct size of the item one intends to order, and we advise referral to the measurements in cm since Hot Couture sizes may differ slightly from those adopted by other brands.
If, in spite of care being taken during the order process, the size is not suitable, it is possible to request a substitute item, using the same communication and returns procedure as outlined in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section, in this case the communication should clearly indicate the size of the new item which will substitute the previous one.
A new item will be sent within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods, provided the item is intact and in its original packaging as indicated in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section.
Replacements are effected exclusively due to the size. If a customer wishes to substitute an item with a different model, it would be necessary to terminate the contract, as indicated in the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL section, and place a separate order for the new model.
In accordance with art. 55, comma 2, letter d), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, cancellation, return or substitution, is ruled out in the case of customised items. Being customised items, payment is required when the order is confirmed.


Specifically regarding items that contain metallic minutia, pearls, stones and other decorations which are not exclusively fabric, although made of anallergic materials certified free from harmful substances, these may cause irritation or unpleasant sensations if used inappropriately. Therefore we advise a purely decorative use.
Excluding cases of malice or negligence Sherazade Boutique will not be held responsible for damages cause by the inappropriate use of their items.
It’s guaranteed the competency and professionalism of third parties who, acting as autonomous collaborators, participate in the management or the implementing of the payment procedures, the transportation and delivery of goods and in every other operation connected to the execution of the contracts concluded on hotcouture.vision


Hot couture items are hand-crafted in Italy by highly skilled Italian staff using Italian fabrics which are free from harmful substances. The metallic minutia is produced in hypoallergenic nickel free brass. We guarantee the authenticity and the safety of the materials used by but not produced by ourselves: crystals, pearls and stones which are clearly identifiable in the product information of each item. Diamonds, natural pearls and other precious stones used to decorate the items are guaranteed by the certificate of origin and authenticity included.
Hot Couture trademark, as with the representational and non-representational trademark present on the products on the relative accessories and/or packaging, together with service trademarks, that are subject to registration or otherwise, as with all illustrations, images or places protected by copyright and, more generally, all the intellectual property rights relating to the Products are and remain the exclusive property of the company “Sherazade Boutique di Veronica De Luca”, whose registered office is: Via Scrivia Lecce, Italy.
We guarantee our clients complete assistance with products purchased from hotcouture.vision and from its authorised points of sale without time limits as far as repairs and substitution of small parts which are damaged or partially worn according to the availability of the materials and the significance of the damage.

The present General Conditions are regulated by Italian law and should be interpreted in accordance with Italian law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of the present General Conditions of Sale will be subject to the mandatory territorial jurisdiction of the competent court of the place of residence or domicile of the Client/consumer.
